SPOTTED: Poppy Delevigne in Cobra Society

Poppy Delevigne was spotted wearing the Cobra Society Cannon High Heeled Booties at the Annual St. Regis International Cup at Cowdray Park.

We have been coveting these boots for a while now, the luxury handmade boots are made from Moroccan Kilim rugs and come in a variety of vibrant colours and prints.

We love how awesome Poppy looks in her boots, they are perfect when styled with a great pair of skinny jeans and simple tee for that cool casual day look. These boots are a great versatile accessory, we also think that these would be a great addition to your festival season wardrobe.

Riccardo Tisci Taps Carine Roitfeld and Amanda Seyfried for Givenchy Campaign

We are treated to a sneak preview of the latest Givenchy campaign, which stars some big fashion names.

Riccardo Tisci tapped Carine Roitfeld to style the shoot, she also stars in the campaign with her daughter Julia Restoin Roitfeld. The new face of Very Irresistible Givenchy fragrance, Amanda Seyfried, gets a spot in the Givenchy campaign too (we actually prefer her in this campaign to her own Givenchy campaign!) along with Spanish actor Quim Gutiérrez and models Mariano Ontañon and Dalianah Arekion.

Tisci explains that the black and white campaign, taken by photographer duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, had a ‘gypsy feeling’ to resemble the inspiration behind his latest collection. He also tells wwd that the women featured in the campaign “are real gypsies in their own lives. They are never in one place. They travel the world.”

We can’t wait to see the rest of this campaign, after all when the talented Riccardo Tisci, Carine Roitfeld and Mert & Marcus get together great things are bound to happen. The campaign is due to hit glossies in mid-July.

Rihanna Takes Topshop to the High Courts of Justice

Rihanna is suing Topshop for the use of an ‘unauthorised’ T-shirt that had the singer’s face on it. The lawsuit is said to be heading to the High Court of Justice this summer.

WWD reports that if Topshop had sold the T-shirts in question in the US, Rihanna would have had a clear winning case.

However, as the T-shirts were sold in the UK the case is not as simple. In the UK it is legal to use as an image if it has been purchased legally unless it has been trademarked (which is unlikely), this differs to the US as Rihanna could evoke the ‘right of publicity’, which would would prohibit the use of an image for trade purposes or advertising.

If the singer does win the case it will be a landmark decision in British courts.

Rita Ora: The New Material Girl

Rita Ora has been named as the new face of Madonna’s line, Material GIrl.

Reportedly the star has signed a £500,000 deal to take over from Georgia May Jagger. Obviosuly Rita’s new BFF, Cara Delevingne, must be passing on her ‘modelling ways’ to the singer.

According to the Telegraph Rita got the gig because Madonna’s 16-year-old daughter Lourdes, who has much creative control over the brand, is a big fan of the pop sensation.

The teenage brand is currently only available at Macy’s in the US, however the brand is set to expand in the UK this June.

Rita Ora’s predecessors as the face of Material Girl include Kelly Osbourne and Taylor Momsen.
